Everyone says they are better, so what exactly is it that makes us different from other companies?

We pay our housekeepers more, so we have less turnover.  We are selective about who we hire, and we train our people better.  We pay our Team Leaders hourly, and they are the ones who send the cleaners back to re-clean the bathroom, when the corners of the showers were not to our standards. 

We have invested heavily in effective training and management systems.

We care, and we believe in continuous improvement.  We are better this week than we were last week, and next week we'll do better yet.  It really, really is that simple.
